My name is Pooja Chavan. I delivered a baby girl on 3rd September 2025. She is born premature with extremely low weight (650 grams) and is on ventilator support, our baby is under treatment of Dr. Hari Balakrishna. Needs urgent fund for her treatment at Surya Hospital Santacruz west.

Following the doctor's Suggestion, we brought our baby at Surya hospital. After many expensive tests, it was revealed that our daughter is suffering from premature with extremely low weight (650 grams). She needs supporting treatment costing Rs-15,50,000/- (FIFTEEN LAKH FIFTY THOUSAND). Today she has suffered the risk of losing her life to this disease and as parents there is nothing we are able to do to help our child.
